I haven't arrived yet. When should I buy?
Ideally 2–4 weeks before landing. Several steps (visa strategy, apartment search, CPF) are best started before you get on the plane.
What if I only need help with a few things?
Most clients think that — then end up using 10+ categories. The package is priced so that avoiding one bad apartment deposit or one lawyer mis-hire pays for itself.
Is the WhatsApp support really you?
Yes — 60 days, real answers from a real person who lives here, typically within a few hours during Brazil daytime.
Do you take commissions from providers?
My recommendation is never for sale. If a provider relationship ever involves a referral arrangement, I'll tell you upfront — and it never changes what you pay or who I recommend.
Refund policy?
If you've completed onboarding and I can't genuinely help your situation, I'll refund you in full before we start. After the roadmap is delivered, fees are non-refundable.
